Low-impact activities such as yoga, stretching, and swimming can be extremely helpful for reducing discomfort and promoting mobility.  Posture correction  is another essential aspect of back pain management, as poor posture can place excessive strain on the spine.  Ergonomic adjustments , such as using a supportive chair, standing desks, or lumbar cushions, can help prevent discomfort. In some cases,  medications  like muscle relaxants, anti-inflammatory drugs, or pain relievers may be prescribed to ease symptoms.
