Malegra DXT is a combination medication designed specifically for adult men experiencing two common sexual health issues: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It is not intended for women or children. The formulation combines sildenafil citrate (100 mg), a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, and duloxetine hydrochloride (30 mg or 60 mg), a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SSNRI). Malegra DXT enhances blood flow to the penis, facilitating the ability to achieve and maintain an erection. Duloxetine works by increasing serotonin and norepinephrine levels in the brain, which can help delay ejaculation and improve control over the timing of ejaculation.

Malegra DXT is typically recommended for men who suffer from both ED and PE simultaneously. It is taken orally, usually about one hour before sexual activity, and should not be taken more than once in a 24-hour period.
