About Me
In pickleball, stability refers to how consistent and reliable a player's shots are, especially under pressure. A stable paddle and swing ensure that the ball goes where it's intended, even during fast exchanges. Control, on the other hand, focuses on a player's ability to precisely direct the ball to specific areas of the court, manipulating spin, depth, and placement. While stability provides the foundation for reliable shots, control allows for more strategic shot placement, enabling players to outmaneuver their opponents. Balancing both is key to excelling in pickleball.
