  If you're flying with Spirit Airlines and need to cancel your trip, here's what you need to know about their cancellation policy:

  ✅ 24-Hour Cancellation Rule

  • You can cancel any reservation within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the flight is at least 7 days away.

  • This applies to all ticket types, including non-refundable fares.

  📅 After 24 Hours

  • If you cancel after 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel:

    • 60+ days before departure: No fee

    • 31–59 days: $69

    • 7–30 days: $99

    • 0–6 days: $119

  • The remaining balance (after fee) is returned as a Reservation Credit, valid for future Spirit travel.

  🛑 No-Show Policy

  • If you don’t cancel and miss your flight, your entire booking is forfeited with no refund or credit.
